Autodata launches major model data release in February

This month sees Autodata launch a huge release of new models and data for existing models to the Autodata workshop application. In total 29 manufacturers have seen vehicle variants added – including Alfa Romeo, BMW, Holden, Isuzu, Jaguar, Mitsubishi and Tesla.

In total Autodata’s Content team added 3,026 updates of technical information in February; which is three to six times the size of a typical monthly update. This bumper release included 160 new vehicle variants.

Technical information added this month includes:

• Timing belt replacement procedures
• TPMS information
• Wheel alignment data

DIAGNOSTIC & REPAIR DATA:

• Air conditioning data
• Electronic component locations
• Engine management
• Fixes & bulletins
• Pin data
• Wiring diagrams

1189 updates across 194 variants of technical information were also released for motorcycles, covering motorcycles, scooters, quads and off-road bikes.

Autodata continues to set the benchmark for technical information in the automotive aftermarket. Last year over 45,000 updates were delivered to ensure technicians are always working with the most accurate and up-to-date OE information. With this huge start to 2019, Autodata is set to raise the bar again.
