David Main, BEN’s CEO, commented, “With a recent survey showing 20% of employees concerned that their financial situation affected their work, it’s never been more important for employers to raise awareness of the support BEN can provide. Our aim is not just to help and advise the individuals affected by these issues, but to provide employers with the right tools to support staff and ultimately find a permanent solution.”
