Marketing Executive (Delivery and Assets) - Maidenhead, UK

Autodata, the world’s leading automotive information provider, is seeking a highly organised and creative marketing professional to ensure delivery of key marketing assets, from traditional collateral, through to international exhibitions.

The ideal candidate will need to be experienced at delivering events and managing marketing suppliers, such as design and print agencies. Hand-on experience with Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator are also beneficial to help with in-house editing of existing assets.

Supporting the campaign function, communications and overall marketing strategy, the role is focussed on ensuring the business has the rights delivered assets to enable effective promotion of the product portfolio.

Reporting to: Group Head of Marketing

Responsibilities
- Ensure assets are created or updated for use across various media channels, including social, programmatic display and print adverts.
- Liaise with our stand production company to ensure accurate delivery of the exhibition brief.
- Project manage the overall delivery of national and international exhibitions.
- Work with our designers to create compelling and engaging imagery with clear CTAs.
- Update and enhance brochures and sales documents for use at exhibitions.
- Investigate the development of new assets to help evolve the marketing approach.
- Project manage our external agencies to create new digital and printed collateral.
- Work with our translation agency to produce various language versions of creative assets.
- Work in collaboration with fellow department colleagues on larger shared marketing projects.
- Track any related creative costs against budgets.

- Be able to prioritise work based on the wider marketing needs.
- Confident to manage third party agencies to deliver creative outputs.
- Strong written English competency.
- Have an eye for detail and design.
- Able to take an accurate brief and deliver high-quality outputs.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator are a bonus.

Job title: IT Support Analyst (1st Line)
Reports to: Director of Integration and Consolidation EMEA, Solera
Department: Global IT
Location: Maidenhead
Date: October 2018 

Purpose: Be the first line responder to all IT incidents and service requests for Autodata staff. Responsible for the triage and management of tickets; dealing with and escalating appropriately as required to within agreed timeframes.

Key responsibilities:
• Manage all first line incidents and business requests (installations, moves, additions and changes) and ensuring asset registers are maintained (software and hardware)
• Perform predefined daily backup and health checks, reporting back to the team
• Ensuring centralised desktop/laptop/mobile device builds are up-to-date with patches
• Create and maintain documentation used within the IT Service Delivery team
• Participate and contribute within the team 

Personal specifications:

Skills and Experience:
• Experience of supporting Windows Desktop
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Some understanding of network patching and cable management
• Any knowledge of the following would be beneficial but are not a mandatory requirement:
   o Experience of supporting Apple Macs o Any involvement/understanding of corporate Anti-Virus software
   o Experience of supporting a cloud provisioned phone system o Remote support tools 

Qualifications:
• The following would beneficial but are not required:
   o ITIL knowledge or certification
   o Hold a Microsoft Certification

Purpose: Design and develop software as a member of a development team utilising agile practices. Produce imaginative solutions to user requirements.

Key responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with Product Management to ensure that user problems are distilled into product features (Stories) that are well defined
• Work within a Scrum Team to deliver agreed functionality fit for release following each sprint cycle
• Provide input to the technical design direction for the product(s) with guidance from the CTO and TA
• Work within a BDD and TDD approach to ensure solutions are robust and technically fit for purpose
• Accept guidance and mentoring from other team members
• Actively participate in workshops, including sprint planning and retrospectives
• Assist Operations and provide support as necessary

Personal specification:

Experience:
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a software developer utilising LAMP Stack and PHP in particular
• Familiarity with MVC PHP frameworks such as Symfony3 or Laravel would be advantageous
• Experience Continuous Integration/Delivery and TDD.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (preferably Scrum)
• Experience of using PHPUnit useful
• Knowledge of Git & Jenkins useful
• Familiarity with working with APIs (particularly REST APIs) would be advantageous

Skills/knowledge:
• Strong OO PHP coding skills, preferably PHP7. Knowledge of other programming languages a plus
• Familiarity with design patterns such as queueing and caching
• A working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON
