New to Autodata - February 2022 

As part of Autodata’s ongoing development to continually reflect the demands of a modern workshop, we provide monthly updates to bring you the latest vehicle models, manufacturer updates of technical information, as well as Autodata’s newest modules and feature enhancements. 

NEW TO AUTODATA FOR CARS AND VANS  

1,129 technical updates were recently loaded to Autodata, including repair times, battery procedures, service schedules, Tyre Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS), wiring diagrams, wheel alignments, jacking points, key programming, fixes and bulletins, electric parking brakes, clutches, and more. This release includes 24 new vehicle variants. 

Updated petrol and diesel vehicles this month include:

Updated hybrid, electric, and liquified petroleum gas (LPG) cars this month include:

Hyundai i30 (17-) 1 T-GDi Hybrid R-Cat (2020-2022), Kia ProCeed (19-) 1.6 CRDI Hybrid (2020-2022) and Lancia Ypsilon (11-) 1 Hybrid R-Cat (2020-2022).

Updated light commercial vehicles (LCVs) this month include:

Fiat Ducato (14-19) 2.3 EcoJet 150 4×4 (2017-2019) and Opel/Vauxhall Zafira Life (Z0) (19-) 0 e 50kWh (2020-2022).

FEATURE ENHANCEMENTS  

The following features were introduced or modified to improve the user experience and increase workshop efficiency.

New DTC codes added

We’re pleased to announce that we’ve recently added over 700 new SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) trouble codes that are available on all supported vehicle variants. We have also seen the addition of new codes for VAG and Ford Group, with over 600 vehicle variants seeing new codes available in the product, while over 1,000 new codes have been added for Mercedes. All our DTC and known fix data is available with the Diagnostic & Repair package for cars and vans.

Stability and Security 

This month, significant changes have been made behind the scenes to enhance performance, stability, and security as a part of Autodata’s ongoing development. This ensures the product works consistently and effectively for all technicians, providing the information they need when it’s needed.
