¿Cómo recupero la contraseña que se me olvidó?

1) Seleccione la introducción del producto que desee

¿Cuánto dura una suscripción a Autodata?

Las suscripciones a Autodata tienen una duración de 12 meses. Se renuevan automáticamente al finalizar dicho período, siempre que no se cancelen. Póngase en contacto con la Atención al Cliente al menos 24 horas antes de la fecha de renovación si desea modificar o cancelar su suscripción a Autodata.

¿Durante cuánto tiempo es válida mi introducción?

Puede utilizar su introducción durante un período de 1 mes. Nota: El período de validez de su introducción comienza en el momento en que se registra por primera vez y se recibe el enlace para iniciar sesión, no el día en que se inicia sesión por primera vez.

¿Qué incluye mi introducción?

La introducción le dará acceso completo e ilimitado a todas las funciones que se incluyan en el producto y nivel de suscripción que haya seleccionado.

¿Necesito prorrogar mi introducción?

Para su comodidad, la introducción se convertirá automáticamente en la suscripción que le corresponda una vez transcurrido el período de 1 mes. Es decir, la introducción de 1 usuario para Diagnostic & Repair pasará a ser una suscripción de 1 usuario para Diagnostic & Repair, a menos que se cancele.

¿Cuándo puedo empezar a usar Autodata después de haber conseguido mi introducción del producto?

Casi inmediatamente. Después de completar los datos requeridos, se le enviará un correo electrónico con un enlace de activación. Haga clic en dicho enlace y podrá empezar a usar Autodata.

¿Puedo suscribirme a un producto diferente al de mi introducción?

Sí. Solo tiene que asegurarse de comunicarnos a qué producto le gustaría suscribirse antes de que finalice el período de 1 mes de la introducción.

¿Quién puede usar la introducción del producto?

Cualquiera que no haya disfrutado de Autodata en los 6 meses previos a conseguir la introducción de un producto. Tenga en cuenta que la introducción de un producto puede no estar disponible en su país.
