Autodata has announced a new distributor agreement with imechanic, the UK’s fastest growing technician’s knowledge sharing network.
imechanic provides a platform exclusively for professional mechanics from all over the UK to exchange information, ideas and fixes. This offers a quick and simple way for mechanics to receive help from fellow industry professionals who know the answer to a problem.
In exchange technicians earn industry recognition for sharing their expertise. This collaborative approach is designed to reduce time spent troubleshooting, help achieve a first time fix and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
As part of the agreement, imechanic members will have the capability to access Autodata’s innovative web application through the imechanic mobile APP. This allows instant exposure to technical information covering 29,000 models across 80 vehicle manufacturers worldwide, including over 7,000 known fixes to common problems prepared by Autodata’s highly skilled team of master technicians.
