Darko Dejanovic has served as Chief Executive Officer of Solera since November 2019. He is driven by a passion for using technology to revolutionize business. At Solera, that means helping businesses and people take full advantage of connected mobility by keeping their vehicles on the road and operating safely.

Dejanovic previously served as Operating Principal and President of Vista Intelligence Group at Vista Equity Partners. Before joining Vista, he was Executive Chairman, CEO, President, and Chief Technology, Product & Innovation Officer of SaaS technology company ACTIVE Network®. Before leading The ACTIVE Network, Dejanovic worked as Global CIO and Head of Product at Monster Worldwide and as CTO of Tribune Company. Dejanovic currently serves on the Board of Directors for Solera and StatsPerform. He earned an MBA degree from Kellogg School of Management.

Jing Liao has served as Chief Administration Officer of Solera since June 2020. She led the successful transformation of Solera from a holding company to an operating company and is building a One Solera inclusive winning culture that is passionate about customer success and driven by operational excellence. Liao also serves as Managing Director of Talent at Vista Equity Partners.

Liao previously served as CHRO, Executive Forum Co-Chair at Evanta, and CHRO at Sofi, where she helped build teams that revolutionized lending and wealth management. Liao also shared her expertise with multiple organizations as Board Executive and Advisory Board member including, Achieve Partners, The Best and Brightest Programs, 2020 Women on Boards, and Carlson School of Management. Liao is an MBA from Carlson School of Management.

Ron Rogozinski joined Solera in April 2017 and now leads the company’s accounting and corporate finance functions. Rogozinski uses his rich experience of more than 20 years in Corporate Finance and Accounting to create a responsive and flexible finance function to enable Solera to expand its market share and global footprint through organic growth and accretive M&A transactions.

Before joining Solera, Rogozinski was an accounting and finance leader at Microsoft for about 15 years and held finance roles at CertCo, Inc., Professo, LLC, and Ernst and Young. Rogozinski earned his BBA in Accounting from the University of New York and his MBA at Tel Aviv University.

John Suchecki joined Solera in June 2020 to help build best-in-class, reliable, and secure technologies that will scale with Solera’s growth. Before joining Solera, Suchecki served as Chief Product and Technology Officer for The Marlin Company. Prior to Marlin, he was SVP, Global Technology and Infrastructure at Monster Worldwide. Managing Engineering and Infrastructure in both these prior roles, Suchecki  re-architected their application portfolios, helped redefine their businesses, and drove a fundamental shift in how technology was consumed and delivered.

Suchecki earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science at Trinity College-Hartford and his MBA at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Nihar Malik joined Solera in 2018 and serves as our Chief Transformation and Product Officer. In this role, Nihar leads the company’s strategic positioning and growth acceleration efforts. He works closely with the development and go-to-market teams to ensure delivery of strategic product roadmaps, implementation of operational excellence initiatives and in the execution of organic growth strategies and accretive M&A transactions. In previous roles, Nihar served as SVP for XPO Logistics, Inc., SVP at Hertz, and an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company. Nihar received his MBA from The Wharton School.

David Babin joined Solera in July 2012 and today serves as the company’s general counsel and corporate secretary. In his role, Babin leads Solera’s legal team, which includes the company’s compliance, regulatory and internal audit functions. He also advises the executive team and provides legal oversight for the company’s operations, M&A activities, financing, corporate governance, human resources, and commercial contracting matters.

Before joining Solera, Babin was Senior Counsel of Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Transactions at Dean Foods, and was an attorney specializing in mergers & acquisitions, securities, and corporate transactions at Vinson & Elkins and Jones Walker. Babin has a law degree from Tulane University Law School.

Arnaud Agostini joined Solera in 2001 and is now the Regional Managing Director of Sales – ROW. He leverages his extensive knowledge of the automotive and insurance ecosystems and more than 25 years of sales and key account expertise to grow sales outside of North America. Agostini is keenly focused on increasing customer satisfaction and delivering innovative digital solutions that create value for the vehicle ecosystem.

Agostini’s sales leadership roles at Solera began in France, expanded to EMEA, and outside North America. Before joining the company, Agostini held sales leadership roles with Lease Plan & Hertz and Belron. He is a graduate of the ESTC School of Management.

Alberto Cairo joined Solera in October 2014 and led multiple functions within the company before leading the company’s North America Dealer Business. In this role, Cairo capitalizes on his extensive career in technology and finance to develop new data-powered products to contribute to the success of Solera’s existing dealership customers while growing its customer base and capturing market share.

Before Solera, Cairo was CEO at Alexan Capital, COO at Peachtree Financial, COO at Ubiquity Software, and played key roles in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and investment banking at CapVest, Merrill Lynch, and Smith Barney, respectively. Cairo earned his MSc in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Tom Eggenberger is the Regional Managing Director and Global Leader of the Solera Owner Platform, consisting of five operating units that deliver high-value software and data services to Property and Casualty Insurance, commercial fleets, and state governments. Eggenberger developed his extensive automotive data and software expertise during his 25+ years with Solera legacy companies, Explore Information Services and AudaExplore.

Eggenberger joined Explore Information Services in 1996 in a sales and marketing role and developed a consistent track record of performance as the company expanded its global footprint. He has a degree from the University of Saint Thomas – School of Business and is a former Air Force officer.

Javier Velasco has been with Solera and its subsidiary companies for more than 25 years. In his current role, Velasco leads the company’s International Operations, where his team supports Solera’s leading market presence and solid growth.

He assumed different roles during his rich career with Solera where he led the transformation of the Solera Data and Core Product Centers as well as the company’s successful expansion into Iberia, Mexico, and South America, combining experience in both technical and customer areas. Velasco began his career as an innovative entrepreneur, starting a company for mobile broadcasting of TV sports and news. Velasco earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering at Universidad de Córdoba.

Atul Vohra’s career at Solera began in September 2011. Today, he heads marketing and Solera’s claims business in Canada. As the company’s CMO, Vohra leverages his experience in marketing and communications to build the brand and strengthen Solera’s global go-to-market capabilities. Vohra has extensive marketing and business leadership experience. He established Solera’s businesses in Canada, Australia, and India. His prior roles include CMO at Dell/Perot Systems, EVP of Insurance at Citigroup, and key leadership roles in Citibank Europe, American Express, and Unilever in Asia.

Vohra earned his BA in Economics from St. Stephen’s College in Delhi and his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
