Modern Slavery Statement

STATEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE UK SOLERA GROUP COMPANIES ABOUT OUR COMMITMENT TO SUPPORT ETHICAL WORKING PRACTICES

Through its UK Group companies (Audatex (UK), HPI, CAP HPI, Autodata, Carweb and Hollander), Solera provides a range of digital technologies to manage risk and assets for the automotive and insurance sectors.

The digital and data services that we provide are developed and delivered by our group employees, and the development and delivery of these services require technically proficient and qualified personnel. A primary component of these services is automotive and related data, and this data is generally made available to us by owners or authorised users of the data, including the Driver Vehicle Licensing Agency, vehicle manufacturers, insurance companies and recognised repair companies (collectively, the “Data Suppliers”). Due to the nature of our supplies, we do not have a formal process to monitor and investigate modern slavery in our supply chain. However to mitigate the risk of encountering modern slavery or human trafficking, we focus on engaging with reputable companies, including Data Suppliers, to align our corporate values and ethics with those of our suppliers.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement.
